Here is the link to the video of the patient that I misplaced the otoconia from the posterior canal into the horizontal canal...Ooops!
So, I did a Dix Hallpike head right and got torsional nystagmus. I then did CRT for that canal, however, did not do it correctly (I didn't realize it at the time). Typically after CRT, we perform another Dix Hallpike to make sure that there is no more nystagmus. What you are seeing is the result of the second Dix Hallpike after a (failed) manuever.
